As promised PSNs first non-PS2 review:
Following the success of the original, GUN has been ported and released for the PSP as GUN Showdown. Just as gory and violent as the original, GUN Showdown is sure not to dissapoint those who enjoyed the original.

Major News Announcement!!!
PSNation is going to be expanding to areas other than PS2 games. With the PS3 arriving soon it was time for an adjustment. But why stop there? We will very soon be launching an affiliate site, which will be covering Wii games, same great look and feel as PSN with even more information to serve you better.

Gun is one the best western themed games that we have ever played, not to mention, its one of the best 3rd person shooters. It’s like True Crimes: Streets of LA meets the Old West. The game is surprisingly diverse, allowing for a totally Old West experience including hunting, horse riding, cattle herding, poker, and shooting. Unfortunately, Gun is so violent that we really felt it deserved the ‘Mature’ rating and we wouldn’t recommend it for impressionable young children.

Tony Hawk: American Wasteland (THAW) is the newest of an ever increasing line of Tony Hawk skateboarding games. Its claim to fame is the elimination of in-game loading time. This is something that game developers should be trying harder to implement. In many ways THAW is an improvement over the earlier games. However, other than a new story, it doesn't really bring anything new to the genre.

When did they make a Risk video game and why didn't someone tell us sooner? Wow, what an excellent game. We're not sure how we missed this one for so long, but we're certainly glad we found it.

As the newest addition to series based on the Marvel Comics characters, the X-Men, X-Men Legends 2: Rise of Apocalypse offers gamers a totally new experience. In XML2, the X-Men and their archenemies, the Brotherhood, unite in an attempt to defeat the super-villain, Apocalypse.

This game is way different from Activision's previous Spiderman games, specifically Spider-Man 2. Although much of the game play and the presentation are common to both games, this game has plenty of new features that make it quite distinct and quite good.
