Prices and dates announced for more Resi HD remakes

Capcom have today announced the launch date and pricing for yet another Resident Evil game.

The Chronicles HD Collection is a remastered bundle of the previously Wii-exclusive Resi titles; The Umbrella Chronicles and The Darkside Chronicles. As you may expect, the duo of games will utilise PlayStation Move functionality, while also seeing an up-RES in the visual department (sorry).

If you want to purchase the high-def remakes as a package, you’ll be able to do so on June 26th, for $26.99. The two motion-controlled spin-offs will also be available as¬†separate¬†downloads. They work out slightly dearer at a price of $14.99 each, and will hit the PSN on July 17th.

Similarly to the recently released RE4 and RE: Code Veronica, the Chronicles HD Collection will be digital-only.

Didn’t even know this was announced. Any idea when it’s coming to the UK?

    • I’m not certain, but would imagine it’ll be released the day after the US, due to the UK store updating on a Wednesday rather than Tuesday.

  • I hope it has a huge PS+ discount like RE4 and RE:CV.
