E3 2012: ‘Sine Mora’ Coming to Vita

Earlier this year, Sine Mora was one of the highest rated XBLA games. Now, the intense shmup is heading to the PlayStation Vita with added content.

Sine Mora is a shoot ’em up game that provides a unique take to the genre. Instead of losing life when you get shot, you lose time. When you shoot down an enemy, you get time. And when you run out of time, you’re done. This allows for exciting and heart-pounding gameplay. The game comes with over 60 combinations of planes, characters, and time-manipulation devices. The music is provided by Akira Yamaoka, known for his work in the Shadows of the Damned and Silent Hill series.

The Vita gets an exclusive character not available on the XBLA version, Wilhelmine Muller. Shmup fans might recognize her from the world of Under Defeat. A new weapon and chronomes are also available.

No release date for Sine Mora has been announced yet.
