PS4’s Playroom is banned from

Well, it was bound to happen at some point; Twitch has banned a entire game from being able to stream from the PlayStation 4. The game in question is the PlayStation 4’s pre-loaded Playroom.

“We removed Playroom content from the directory because a majority of it was non-gaming related,” a Twitch spokesperson told Joystiq.

Though this might be depressing to some of you, it was due to the fact that people were using Playroom to stream non-gaming content on Twitch…which is a video game streaming service. Don’t fret though if you are day-dreaming of the day when you can become a well-known name on Twitch by using Playroom, for Twitch has said they will be looking to re-instate Playroom streaming once PS4 owners realize what Twitch is used for.
