Today Sony Santa Monica along with thatgamecompany and Giant Sparrow announced that Journey and Unfinished Swan will becoming to PS4 later this year. No word on if there will be a Cross-Buy program at this time.  Both of these games are playable in 1080p on the Gamescom floor today in Germany.
