Today, 2K and Gearbox announced their plans to support Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel with four add-on content packs following the release of the game on October 14th in North America and October 17th internationally. The four add-on content packs will encompass new characters, missions, and experiences, and each pack will retail for $9.99.

Also announced today, was the Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel Season Pass, which will bundle all four add-on content packs – a $39.96 value – for only $29.99. The Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel Season Pass grants access to download all four of the planned add-on content packs, as they become commercially available on the PlayStation®Network, Xbox LIVE and Windows PC. As Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel nears completion and the teams shift their focus to add-on content, additional details will be announced as development progresses.

Additionally, gamers who pre-order Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel from participating retailers will receive the Shock Drop Slaughter Pit bonus content. The Shock Drop Slaughter Pit will not be included in the Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel Season Pass, but it will be available for purchase at a later date.

Last time I played Bdrlnds2 was months ago, the last DLC just seemed a little lack luster and was tiring of the game due to hours of grinding and leveling up continuing on with the story.
There are few missions which are impossible in single player mode.
So I’m ready for a fresh story line.

As for the Bdrlands the Pre-Sequel I will buy the DLC as they become available and even though it costs more in the end, I’m just not a fan of Season passes.

I got the season pass for Borderlands 2 but haven’t played a single bit of it. I took a break after completing the story and never went back. I think I’ll wait to see if I want it after I complete the story this time.

My opinion was TT assault on dragon keep was fantastic, which was the first DLC I purchased.

I then went on to purchase Captain Scarlett’s DLC and something about it just felt depressing as I played it.
Then I went onto Tourge’s DLC which I liked better than the Scarlett one.

The last main DLC I purchased was the Sir Hammerlock DLC, which didn’t hold up to me all that much.

Chazz if I may suggest if you ever go back and play BD2 play Tiny Tina’s DLC.
That in it’s self is multiple hours of fun.

The season pass will be on the PlayStation Store and probably a few brick and mortar stores Gamestop, etc.
