Rocket League Coming to the PS4

Rocket League

A sequel to Supersonic Acrobatic Rocket-Powered Battle-Cars is coming to the PlayStation 4. Rocket League is the sequel to the much loved, but often overlooked soccer/racing mash-up. Rocket League will feature an all new season mode, 2,3 and 4 player split screen action, more vehicles, more stadiums and dedicated servers. The game will also feature a broadcast replay mode to help players create custom replays.

Rocket League is due for a release sometime in Spring 2015. Those that are lucky enough to attend the PlayStation Experience this weekend will have a chance to play the game.

Just a nerd from the Windy City. I’m actually really bad at describing myself because I get all self-critical and self-conscious. Follow me on Twitter, @The1stMJC, to see my borderline insane rants on tv shows and other non important subjects. If I’m not tweeting I’m probably just watching Buffy or Firefly for the millionth time.

The previous game, SARPBC, also known as SuperSonic Acrobatic Rocket Powered Battle Cars, was pretty good, and had one of the best names ever!

It’s basically soccer with tiny jet cars, what could be better?
