The Elder Scrolls Online Dropping Subscription For PS4 Launch
The Elder Scrolls Online finally got a release date on consoles and it is dropping its monthly subscription in the process. Now called The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited the MMO will no longer require a monthly subscription when the game comes out on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on June 9th. The new edition of the game will include the latest content updates that are on PC including the new Justice and Champions system.
There will be an optional membership for the game that will give players access to future DLC as well as extra in-game currency for items that are for cosmetic purposes or for “convenience.”
A PlayStation Plus subscription will be required to play the game as well as the one time purchase of the actual game which is currently retailing for $59.99 on consoles.
