PlayStation Vue Launches Today in Three Cities


PlayStation Vue is out in the wild starting today in Chicago, Philadelphia and New York City. Sony’s answer to cable is available for download on the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 with three different service packages.

The Access Package $49.99 – Features 50+ channels including FOX, NBC, CBS, Comedy Central, SYFY, USA, TNT and more.

The Core Package $59.99 – Features everything in Access package with the addition of local sports coverage. Chicago and Philly have Comcast Sportsnet while New York will have the YES Network.

The Elite Package $69.99 – The previous packages plus lifestyle, cooking and music channels like three additional MTV channels, Cook network and FX Movies.

PlayStation Vue includes a 3 Day Catch-up option for certain chanels that lets you watch a a show or movie you might have missed as well as a 28 day cloud DVR functionality for your favorite shows.
