Rocket League Launching in July

Rocket League

Psyonix sees your Fallout 4 announcement and raises you a release date. Today Psyonix announced that Rocket League will launch on July 7th for the PlayStation 4 and PC. Yes, the PC version will launch alongside the PlayStation 4 version of the game and that is because the game will feature cross platform play. Which means PS4 players and PC players will be able to compete against each other in online action.

And that’s not all, Sweet Tooth of Twisted Metal fame is getting in on the battle-cars action. The killer clown’s ice cream truck joins the roster of playable cars in Rocket League and will be exclusive to the PS4 version. Check out Sweet Tooth in action as well as some of the car customization options in the latest trailer for the game.

Just a nerd from the Windy City. I’m actually really bad at describing myself because I get all self-critical and self-conscious. Follow me on Twitter, @The1stMJC, to see my borderline insane rants on tv shows and other non important subjects. If I’m not tweeting I’m probably just watching Buffy or Firefly for the millionth time.
