Just announced Mega Man Legacy Collection and recently announced Resident Evil 0 for PlayStation 4 feature in some new trailers Capcom put out today.

No new information is explicitly revealed in the Resident Evil 0 one, but we’ll see more of it at E3. From a cursory viewing, I’d say it looks as good as you remember, which is to say that it’s Resident Evil 0, but in HD now.

The Mega Man Legacy Collection trailer is a bit more informative, announcing the inclusion of a new Challenge Mode, leaderboards, replays, and a large collection of Mega Man illustrations in a new Museum Mode.

Mega Man Legacy Collection is coming from a newly formed Digital Eclipse which merged into Backbone Entertainment in 2003. The new studio is “one dedicated to not only restoring gaming’s heritage, but to preserving it and keeping it alive and available for future generations.” According to their website, the new Challenge Mode will remix the gameplay segments from each of the six games and scale the difficulty for a wide range of different players.

A game remake studio? That’s kinda neat. I look forward to hearing more from them.

Mega Man Legacy Collection comes out this summer for $14.99 and Resident Evil 0 arrives some time early next year.
