E3 2015: Bethesda Announces Bethesda.net

In what I suspect will be a trend in games moving forward, Bethesda announced Bethesda.net at their E3 media briefing, a new digital platform that will be the heart of all Bethesda games moving forward.

Bethesda VP of marketing, Peter Hines, said that the company has been working on better and new ways to allow their players to create and share content. Doom SnapMap is a part of that.

Bethesda.net will be a seamless experience featuring forums, videos, articles on the web, in addition to being the place where gamers will be able to new content and features for their Bethesda games.

A student of games, I play a bit of everything because I like to see what’s out there. Nothing better than first hand experience when it comes to knowing about games. Current game obsession: Anything MOBA (Paragon, Battleborn, Heroes of the Storm), except, ironically, the most popular ones, LoL and DOTA2.
