Get Hyped with the First Six Minutes of TWD: Michonne

Michonne Series
It’s okay; it was the weekend, Sunday, there was live action The Walking Dead on TV, which people seemed to enjoy quite a bit. This is 2016; we don’t watch stuff on your time time tables anymore, The Man.

Where was I going with this? Oh, right.

The first six minutes of the highly anticipated new installment in Telltale’s The Walking Dead game series, The Walking Dead: Michonne – A Telltale Miniseries debuted online Sunday, and because of that thing I was talking about before, it can be viewed right here, at your leisure.

The Walking Dead: Michonne – A Telltale Miniseries stars the iconic, blade-wielding character from Robert Kirkman’s best-selling comic books, portrayed in-game by award-winning actress Samira Wiley (Orange is the New Black).
Haunted by her past and coping with unimaginable loss and regret, the story explores Michonne across a three episode miniseries event. Players will dive into the mind of Michonne to discover what took her away from Rick, Carl, and the rest of her trusted group… and what brought her back.

Episode one of the three part miniseries, “In Too Deep,” launches on February 23rd, with, “Give No Shelter,” slated for March and, “What We Deserve,” scheduled to arrive in April. The Walking Dead: Michonne – A Telltale Miniseries will be available on basically every platform, except Vita and Nintendo’s devices, for $14.99 for the season with iOS and Android versions coming out two days after the console and PC releases (February 25th).

Watch the preview, or not, for fear of spoilers, but do comment on how excited you are.

A student of games, I play a bit of everything because I like to see what’s out there. Nothing better than first hand experience when it comes to knowing about games. Current game obsession: Anything MOBA (Paragon, Battleborn, Heroes of the Storm), except, ironically, the most popular ones, LoL and DOTA2.
