Golden Minecart Awards 2017: Vote Here!

Voting is now open for your 2017 Golden Minecart Awards.

These are your awards. YOU decide, so get your votes in and make your voice heard!

This was a really tough year for narrowing down the categories. Some, like the RPG/Action RPG category had a good ten or fifteen legitimate contenders. The entire staff of PS Nation put forth their best efforts to whittle things down to a list of five (sometimes six) nominees in each category.

Best Continuing Support has been removed this year and we’ve split Action/Adventure into separate categories because there were just too many good games in each to lump them all together.

As always, if your game hasn’t been nominated there‚Äôs a write-in opportunity for every category. These are your awards after all. Don’t think of a write-in vote as a throw away. Last year we had our first ever write-in winner when Thumper took home Game of the Year for PS VR. And we’d love to see something like that happen again.

Voting can be done once per day, once every 24 hours, so vote as often as you can to make your voice heard.

The polls will close on Monday, January 22nd at 11pm Eastern and the results will be announced on the Podcast a week or two later. So what are you waiting for? Start voting now!

Good luck to all the nominees, and remember, you can vote once every 24 hours so vote as often as you can to make your voice heard. These are YOUR awards.

My PS VR Game of the Year has to be the awesome:

    The Invisible Hours

  • Amazing job, as always!

Is Windjammers is in the sport category, then I’m writing-in Formula 1.

Why is there no categories for sound or ost ?

Hellblade deserves to win for its amazing use of sound.

    • ChazzH69

That is something we will consider for next year. Hellblade has got one of my votes but for PS4 GOTY it has to be Horizon Zero Dawn.

Thanks. that would be great Chazz. Yeah HZD has my vote for GOTY with AC Origins next in line.
