Season two of American Gods is coming to Starz and as part of the first official panel for the show at New York Comic Con this year, the teaser trailer for the new season was unveiled. It can be seen here on the Starz website.

American Gods is based on the Neil Gaiman novel of the same name. The story revolves around the Old Gods whose powers are diminished since almost no one believes in them anymore. Now manifested in American forms, they plan to take on the New American Gods represented by the internet, media, and other modern conveniences.

The critically acclaimed, star-studded show returns to Starz in 2019.
