EA Play Livestreams Combined into One Day

EA Play, Electronic Arts E3 adjacent event for dedicated fans, will be held from June 7th through June 9th. EA had announced earlier this year that there will not be the traditional press conference, but a series of livestreams throughout the event which will disseminate the news. Initially, these streams were planned to happen throughout the weekend, but it seems those plans have shifted a bit.

EA have shifted gear slightly, moving all stream events to Saturday, June 8th. The EA website has been updated to reflect this new change, stating the following:

We also want to share a quick update on the timing of EA PLAY livestreams. We’ve decided to pull all of our live streams into Saturday, June 8, so fans will have a full slate of streams that will take you inside the games and new content, all on one day. The previously planned Friday event will now kickoff our Saturday activities.

While the schedule has yet to be revealed, I think it’s safe to say that it will be a pretty full day for EA fans if they were planning to watch all of the EA livestreams. We already know that there will be updates on games like Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order and the EA Sports games, as well as a look at the future of EA’s live-service games such as Apex Legends, Battlefield V, and Anthem. There will be a lot to see and do at EA Play this year.
