Not to be outdone by the larger studios hosting dedicated E3 2019 press conferences, BANDAI NAMCO will showcase an eclectic line-up of games with most having playable demos at their E3 booth. Here’s a rundown of what’s been announced so far.

Originally announced as DRAGON BALL GAME – PROJECT Z, the game arrives at E3 in Super Saiyan form as DRAGON BALL Z: KAKAROT. The all-new action-RPG release which follows the storyline of Goku is set to release in early 2020 for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.

DRAGON BALL Z: KAKAROT will take players on the most dramatic and epic telling of the DRAGON BALL Z story, experienced through the eyes of Kakarot, the Saiyan better known as Goku. The game will tell the legendary story of DRAGON BALL Z, taking players on an unforgettable adventure to experience over-the-top battles and challenging quests, create life-long friendships, and crusade to protect Earth from fearsome villains.

Set to release later this year, Code Vein is another action-RPG that will hit the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.

In the not too distant future, a mysterious disaster has caused the collapse of the world as we know it. Towering skyscrapers, once symbols of prosperity, are now lifeless graves of humanity’s past, pierced by the Thorns of Judgment. At the center of the destruction lies a hidden society of Revenants called Vein. This final stronghold is where the remaining few fight to survive, blessed with Gifts of power in exchange for their memories and a thirst for blood. Give into the bloodlust fully and risk becoming one of the Lost, fiendish ghouls devoid of any remaining humanity. Wandering aimlessly in search of blood, the Lost will stop at nothing to satisfy their hunger. Team-up and embark on a journey to the ends of hell to unlock your past and escape your living nightmare in CODE VEIN.

With a release date just around the corner, The Dark Pictures Anthology: Man of Medan is Supermassive Games next horror thriller. In a game where every playable character can live or die the choices you make can have a lasting impact and change the story for almost endless possibilities. Developed by Supermassive Games, the critically-acclaimed studio behind the cult-classic thriller Until Dawn, The Dark Pictures Anthology is a series of standalone cinematic horror games linked by one common element: that every playable character can live and every playable character can die throughout the story, yielding numerous possible endings and near-limitless replayability. Man of Medan is the first game in The Dark Pictures Anthology, bringing supernatural horror to the South Pacific. Four friends set sail on a holiday diving trip with a rumored WWII wreck to find. As the day unfolds and a storm rolls in, their trip soon changes into something much more sinister. Who will live? Who will die? It’s down to you. Can you save them all?

Perhaps standing out from the crowd as the only family-oriented title, Disney Tsum Tsum Festival is a collection of party games you can play solo or with up to four players at home or on the go. Look for this to drop on the Nintendo Switch later this year.

DISNEY TSUM TSUM FESTIVAL stars a large roster of beloved characters, including Disney’s Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse and Pixar’s Buzz Lightyear and Lightning McQueen, in a myriad of party games that can be enjoyed both at home and on-the-go, by up to four players on a single Nintendo Switch, or players can also choose to play online with Tsum Tsum fans around the world. The classic mobile Disney Tsum Tsum puzzle game will also be included in DISNEY TSUM TSUM FESTIVAL, enabling players to experience the fan-favorite game on a larger screen and hone their Tsum Tsum connecting and popping skills.

Fans of the Tales of series, a popular JRPG franchise, have something new to get excited about with the announcement of Tales of Arise. The latest chapter promises to deliver new storylines, gameplay dynamics, and worlds for players to explore and has a slated release on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC in 2020.

Tales of Arise takes place in a solar system containing the two neighboring planets of Dahna and Rena. The inhabitants of Dahna have always paid reverence to their planetary neighbors on Rena – a planet they can clearly see in their sky – as a land of the righteous and divine. For the people of Dahna, legends and lore about Rena and its inhabitants have been handed down for countless generations, and through time, have become facts in their minds that have actually masked a cruel reality for the people of Dahna. For 300 years, the people of Rena have ruled over Dahna, pillaging the planet of its resources and stripping its people of their dignity and freedom. Tales of Arise begins with two people, born on different worlds, each longing to change their fate and create a new future for themselves and perhaps their people. Featuring an original cast of characters, a dramatic storyline, dynamic combat, breath-taking environments, with some classic Tales Of elements included; Tales of Arise marks a new beginning for the famed JRPG franchise.
