THQ Nordic Gamescom 2019 Lineup Announced

The dates for GamesCom 2019, the ever expanding gaming convention held in Cologne, Germany, have been revesaled to the public. GamesCom will run from August 21st – 24th. Along the same lines, the always surprising THQ Nordic announced that they would be in attendance at GamesCom 2019, and will bring with them six (6) games to show off, one of which will be an entirely unannounced game that will be uncovered at the German game convention.

The games they will show are as follows, pulled directly from the THQ Nordic Press Release:

The post-apocalyptic Kung-Fu Fable RPG will be back at gamescom, and is ready to excite players and media alike – again!

Desperados III
Nominated as best strategy game of E3 2019, Mimimi Games’ new masterpiece will finally be playable for the big audience.

Darksiders Genesis
War or Strife? Choose your Horseman and slay demons in the new coop mode.

Destroy All Humans!
Take one giant step on mankind and help Crypto to infiltrate, exterminate, and dominate all of us!

SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom – Rehydrated
The battle is on! Be among the first to play the remake of the sponge-tastic cult classic!

A game that will be announced soon, players can get their hands on it at gamescom!

Stage show? Stage Show!
Like in the past years, THQ Nordic will have a stage show every day, starting at 11:00 AM, from Tuesday to Saturday. See the devs showing off their games, ask questions, win prizes in a raffle and Grab. Some. Loot!

The trailer shows off these games some of these games, as well as some indie games being brought to the show by HandyGames.

That’s what HandyGames is showing! You can find them in Hall 10.2 in the Indie Arena Booth, and you can watch their games being shown on the THQN stage and the live stream. You want to know what they’ve got at gamescom? Follow the link:

THQ Nordic’s Gamescom lineup looks impressive. Personally, I can’t wait to see what they show off from Biomutant. I’ll be hoping for a release date, as I feel like this game has been shown for years now and I kind of just want to get my hands on it as soon as possible! I’m also interested in Darksiders Genesis. While I’m not a fan of isometric games, I love the Darksiders series enough to give this one a try.
