Earlier this week the Kickstarter for Keiji Inafune’s Mighty No.9 ended, making over $3.8 million dollars in 31 days. The Kickstarter which originally set out to make $900,000 for a PC version, was able to reach a $2.2 million stretch goal to bring it to the PS3. And with days left in its Kickstarter, The Mighty No. 9, was able to reach a $3.3 million stretch goal for a PS4 and Xbox One version as well as a 3.5 million stretch goal to bring the game to the Vita and 3DS.

The Mighty No.9 will now be arriving on PC, Mac, Linux, PS3, 360, WiiU, PS4, Xbox One, 3DS, and PS Vita sometime in 2015. To demonstrate what Mighty No.9 might look and play like the developers built an early prototype using the Unreal Engine in just seen days and that can be seen in the video below.

Just a nerd from the Windy City. I’m actually really bad at describing myself because I get all self-critical and self-conscious. Follow me on Twitter, @The1stMJC, to see my borderline insane rants on tv shows and other non important subjects. If I’m not tweeting I’m probably just watching Buffy or Firefly for the millionth time.
