Street Fighter V Announcement CONFIRMED

Street Fighter V

The next Street Fighter game was accidentally leaked early this morning when a YouTube video was posted and then removed by Capcom. The video was a teaser for the next Street Fighter game, Street Fighter V. The announcement of another Street Fighter game is not too shocking, but at the tail end of the video it is revealed that the game will be exclusive to the PlayStation 4 and PC. A trailer for the game can still be found through Dailymotion, but Capcom has not “officially” made the announcement which is probably being saved for the Game Awards tonight or the keynote at the PlayStation Experience.

This post will be updated when more details and an official trailer are available.

It’s official Street Fighter V is real and is coming exclusively to the PlayStation 4 and PC. Even more interesting, Adam Boyes announced that Sony and Capcom are working on making the game cross-platform compatible allowing PC and PS4 players to face off against each other.

And finally a quick gameplay teaser of Street Fighter V.

If I’m not tweeting I’m probably just watching Buffy or Firefly for the millionth time.
