Riptide GP: Renegade Splashing onto Consoles Soon

Vector Unit announced today that Riptide GP: Renegade is coming to the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in Q2 2016. The futuristic watercraft racer features a “challenging” single player Career mode, local splitscreen multiplayer and online multiplayer.

Matt Small, Creative Director and Co-Founder of Vector Unit, said the following in the press release for the announcement.

“We’ve been hard at work getting Riptide GP: Renegade ready for series fans and new players alike. This version has been developed from the ground up for next-gen consoles. We kept what worked, but completely retuned the mechanics and the graphics engine, and we can’t wait for players to get their hands on the game.”

Our very own Jason Honaker spent some time with Riptide GP: Renegade at PAX Prime 2015 and you can read his thoughts on the game here.

If I’m not tweeting I’m probably just watching Buffy or Firefly for the millionth time.
