Guilty Gear Xrd Revelator Headlines New Additions to PlayStation Now

Seemingly quietly and for the most part out of the spotlight, PlayStation Now’s included-with-subscription title lineup has expanded to over 400 games, doubling in size since the subscription program was first made available over a year and a half ago.

Today’s addition of eight more fighting games to that roster is special in that Guilty Gear Xrd Revelator, a game that was only just recently released for purchase outside of Japan, is also one of the streaming service’s new arrivals.

As far as I can tell, it’s the newest game on the service in terms of time between release and being on PS Now, with maybe Resident Evil Revelations 2 as a distant second. (Actually, it’s probably one of the dozens of indie games but I don’t really feel like going through 100-some games right now.)

WWE 2K15, Dead or Alive 5: Last Round, Deadliest Warrior: The Game, Deadliest Warrior: Legends, Bellator MMA Onslaught, Arcana Heart 3: Love Max!!! and BlazBlue: Chrono Phantasma EXTEND round out the rest of the list.

Also, announced before E3, PS Now three-month subscriptions are currently available at a discount price of $29.99, versus the $44.99 it usually is. The deal ends July 11th.

A student of games, I play a bit of everything because I like to see what’s out there. Nothing better than first hand experience when it comes to knowing about games. Current game obsession: Anything MOBA (Paragon, Battleborn, Heroes of the Storm), except, ironically, the most popular ones, LoL and DOTA2.
